As part of our growth, we are looking for a:

Technical Sales Representative for Raw Materials/Cosmetic Ingredients – France & Europe

Reporting directly to the company’s founder, you will be responsible for initiating, developing, and monitoring commercial projects with our French customers and European distributors.

Your missions :

As a true ambassador of our scientific expertise, you will:

  • Have a thorough understanding of our cosmetic raw materials and be able to demonstrate their added value to laboratories, formulators, and brands.
  • Actively develop sales in your area by identifying opportunities and supporting projects from inception to completion.
  • Provide technical and marketing support to our European customers and distributors by offering solutions tailored to their needs.
  • Work closely with our R&D, Formulation, and Testing teams to build a solid and distinctive scientific argument.
  • Analyze your activity and accurately report your visits, market feedback, and areas for development to management.
  • Contribute to the company’s reputation by participating in trade shows, seminars, and business trips, and by supporting the marketing department in the creation of sales materials.

We are looking for a professional who can combine technical expertise with commercial performance, with a genuine focus on results and market development. You understand the scientific challenges of the cosmetics sector and know how to transform them into concrete business opportunities. Between 5 and 10 years of experience required.

With a degree in chemistry, biology, formulation, science, or business development, you are passionate about the world of cosmetics and have a thorough understanding of the raw materials and ingredients used in the industry. You have a good knowledge of analytical and efficacy tests applicable to cosmetic products, enabling you to communicate easily with R&D teams and formulators. You have at least 5 years of successful experience in the sale of cosmetic ingredients and raw materials, with demonstrable commercial results. Significant and concrete experience in business development in the cosmetic ingredients sector is essential. A true business developer, you have a commercial flair, enjoy field work, prospecting and customer relations, and know how to create lasting partnerships. You are organized, independent, and results-oriented, with the ability to quickly understand technical issues and turn them into business opportunities. You are fluent in English, both written and spoken, enabling you to communicate easily with our European distributors. Location required: residence near Dreux (28), Évreux – Chartres – West Paris area.

Infos pratiques

Permanent contract – Full-time. Position based in Dreux (28). Start date: as soon as possible. Frequent travel within France and occasional travel within Europe. Salary based on profile. No remote work.
