CRÉATIONS SOLAIRES® offers dedicated Ultra Violet Radiation Protection (UVRP) systems, which cover the whole spectrum of cosmetic UV-filters. Ultra Violet Filters (UVF) comes in three distinct forms: soluble organic filters, solid organic filters and mineral filters.
Créations Solaires® has been offering products based on composite technology already since 1992, when Micapoly® UV Crystal entered the market. In Micapoly® UV Crystals we were using natural mica as a substrate and coated rutile type Titanium Dioxide as a UV-filter. This system reduced the whitening effect of Titanium Dioxide, and hence gave a transparent look on the skin. Today Créations Solaires® offers a complete line of UVR composites, which are based on various substrates such as silica, cellulose, polymers, ceramics and mica. All our UV composite systems can include both inorganic and organic UV-filters to offer maximum SPF and the broadest UVA protection.
Créations Solaires® provides a range of perfect UV-dispersions from both organic and mineral origin. Emollients, which are chosen to the dispersions can be customised, but they all include only photostable emollients, whether synthetic or natural. We also offer a wide range of specific cold process emulsifiers in photostable versions, which permit optimised and highest SPF and UVA results.
We also offer several concepts for sun care for instance: Instant Whitening®, Solar Harmony®, Anti-Age Factor®.
As a technical service and support we offer in vitro SPF measurements, Scanning Electron microscopy and fast assessments of emulsion stability by Zeta Potential. We also organize Sun Care seminars frequently in our laboratories.
